Yard waste removal starts at the $199 quarter-truck rate, with a typical post-storm yard clear running $329 to $549. Vegetation is priced by volume. Soil, sod, pavers, rock and concrete are quoted by weight because disposal is billed to us by the ton.

We are a haul-away service, not a tree service. We do not climb, fell or cut standing trees, and we do not operate chainsaws on your property. Once a tree is down and cut into movable pieces we will take all of it — but the felling needs a licensed and insured arborist, both for safety and because their insurance covers something ours does not.
After a storm
Central Florida yards generate an enormous amount of debris in a single afternoon of weather, and the county's post-storm collection is exactly when it is slowest — often weeks out after a named storm, with strict rules about how material must be stacked, cut and separated at the curb.
Meanwhile a pile of fronds and limbs against the house is a genuine problem: it holds moisture against siding, harbours snakes and rodents, and in the newer HOA communities around Horizon West, Winter Garden and Minneola it will draw a violation notice quickly. A scheduled haul-off sidesteps the queue entirely.
We do not surge-price after storms. The rate is the same in November as it is the week after a hurricane, which we think is the only defensible way to run this.
Landscape and hardscape tear-outs
Renovating a yard produces a strange mix — soft vegetation one minute, then a ton of pavers and base rock the next. Those are priced differently and it is worth separating them if you can, because a clean load of vegetation is cheap and a mixed load has to be priced at the heavier rate.
Sod and soil are the ones that catch people out. A small area of removed sod is deceptively heavy once it is wet, and Florida rain makes it wet. Tell us the approximate square footage and we will quote by weight rather than guessing by the pile.
Mulch, compost and where it goes
Clean vegetation is one of the easier waste streams to do something useful with. Limbs, fronds and cuttings can be processed into mulch or biomass rather than buried, provided the load has not been contaminated with plastic, fencing hardware or general trash.
That is the one thing worth asking of you: keep the green pile green. A single bag of household trash mixed into a load of yard waste can force the whole load to the transfer station instead of a mulching facility, which is both worse environmentally and more expensive.

Flat pricing applies to standard household junk. Concrete, dirt, roofing material, tires, refrigerant appliances, hazardous material, excessive weight, stair carries and unusually long carrying distances may be quoted separately. We confirm your price before anything is loaded.

Our crews handle yard waste removal jobs daily across Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont and Minneola, plus Windermere, Horizon West, Oakland, Apopka and Groveland. Palm and oak debris is the constant here — Orlando's older neighborhoods have mature live oaks that shed heavily in summer storms, while the newer Winter Garden, Ocoee and Minneola developments are mostly palms and fast-growing hedging. We also clear a lot of pool cage screen and framing after wind events.

Do you cut down trees?
No. We are a haul-away service, not a tree service — we do not climb, fell or run chainsaws on your property. Once an arborist has the tree down and cut into movable pieces, we will haul all of it away. Felling needs a licensed, insured arborist for good reason.
Can you come after a hurricane?
Yes, and we do not raise prices after storms. County collection is typically weeks out after a named storm and comes with strict curbside stacking rules, so a scheduled haul-off is usually much faster. Call early — the schedule fills quickly in the days after weather.
Can you take soil, sod and pavers?
Yes, but by weight rather than volume, since disposal for dense material is billed to us by the ton. Wet Florida sod is far heavier than it looks, so give us the approximate square footage and we will quote it properly.
Should I bag the yard waste first?
It helps but it is not required — the flat price includes us doing the gathering. If you do pile it, keep the green material free of household trash, fencing hardware and plastic. A clean load can go to a mulching facility instead of the landfill, which is better all round.
