How to pick the right service

Most jobs fall into one of two shapes, and knowing which yours is makes the quote faster. Item-based jobs are one or a few specific things you can name — a sofa, a fridge, a mattress, a hot tub. Those are priced from $99 and the relevant page tells you exactly what is involved in getting that item out.

Space-based jobs are a room, a bay or a building where the contents are mixed and nobody wants to inventory it — a garage, a storage unit, an estate, an office floor. Those are priced by truck space after a photo or a walkthrough, and the cleanout pages cover how we sort as we load.

If your job is genuinely both — clearing a garage and hauling the old fridge from the kitchen — book it as one visit. A combined load is always cheaper than two trips, and there is no extra charge for the crew moving between areas of the property.

What every service includes

Whatever you book, the flat price covers the same things. There are no service-specific add-ons hiding in the quote.

• Two crew and the truck. We do all the lifting, from any floor and any distance on the property.
• Disposal and recycling fees. What the transfer station and recyclers charge us is already in your number.
• Sorting. Usable goods to donation or resale, metal to a scrap recycler, electronics to an e-waste handler, and only the remainder to the landfill.
• Sales tax and fuel. Included, and there is no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area.
• A broom-clean finish. The space where the junk was gets swept before we leave.

What we cannot take, on any service

These are the same across every job, because they are licensing limits rather than pricing decisions. We are not a hazardous waste carrier, so paint, solvents, motor oil, pool chemicals, pesticides, asbestos, medical and biohazard waste, propane tanks, ammunition and wet tires are all out. Both Orange County and Lake County run free household hazardous waste drop-off for residents, and we will point you to the nearest one rather than leaving you to work it out.

Two categories are conditional rather than refused. Refrigerant appliances — fridges, freezers, window AC units, dehumidifiers — are fine, but they need certified refrigerant recovery, which carries a small fee we state up front. Dense material such as concrete, brick, tile, dirt and roofing shingles is quoted by the ton rather than by volume, because that is how it is billed to us.

Booking, timing and payment

Same-day slots are available most weekdays and Saturdays if you get a request in before roughly 2:00pm. Commercial and after-hours work is scheduled at the standard rate — there is no evening or weekend premium. Nothing is payable up front, there is no deposit to book, and you pay on completion by card, tap-to-pay, cash or digital wallet.
