What each size actually holds
Truck space is hard to picture, so here is the practical version. Our truck bed is the reference: a full load is roughly twelve pickup-truck loads of household junk.

What is included in the price
Everything needed to make the junk disappear. Two crew members arrive with the truck and do all the carrying, from a third-floor walk-up or the far corner of the back yard if that is where it is. Disposal fees at the transfer station, recycling fees, fuel, sales tax and a broom-clean finish are all inside the flat number.
What can change a quote
We would rather tell you up front than surprise you on the day. These are the things that get priced separately, and we always confirm them before loading:
- Dense material. Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing shingles and similar are billed to us by weight at the transfer station, so they are quoted by the ton rather than by volume.
- Refrigerant appliances. Fridges, freezers, window AC units and dehumidifiers need certified refrigerant handling, which carries a small recycling fee.
- Tires, mattresses and electronics. Several Central Florida facilities charge a per-item fee to accept these. It is usually a few dollars and we tell you the exact amount in the quote.
- Difficult access. A long carry from the back of an acre lot, a tight stair carry, or a job that needs a hoist takes more crew time. We quote it, you approve it.
- Hazardous material. Paint, solvents, oil, asbestos, propane and medical waste we cannot take at any price. We will point you to the right Orange or Lake County household hazardous waste drop-off.
How flat pricing compares to hourly and dumpster rental
An hourly junk removal rate transfers the risk to you: if the crew is slow, or your sectional will not fit through the door, you pay for it. A flat price puts that risk on us, which is why we ask for a photo before quoting.
A dumpster rental can look cheaper on the sticker, but the sticker rarely includes the permit for street placement, the tonnage overage, or the days it sits in your driveway. It also means you do all the lifting. For most single-visit household jobs in Orlando, a flat-price haul-away lands cheaper and finishes the same day.
Ways to keep the price down
- Send a photo of the whole pile, not just the biggest piece — an accurate quote is a cheaper quote.
- Move what you can to the garage or driveway if it is safe to do so. It is not required, but it does shrink the crew time on borderline jobs.
- Keep clean metal, appliances and scrap in a separate pile. It has recycling value we can pass back to you.
- Combine jobs. Clearing the garage and the shed on the same visit is much cheaper than two separate trips.

How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?
Single items start at $99. Larger loads are priced by the space they take up in the truck: about $199 for a quarter truck, $329 for a half truck and $549 for a full truck. Labor, dump fees and tax are included in that number. You get the flat price in writing before anything is loaded, and it does not change unless you add items.
How is a flat price different from an hourly rate?
An hourly rate means the meter is running while the crew works, so a heavy or awkward job costs more. A flat price is agreed before we start, based on the space your junk takes in the truck. Stairs, long carries and heavy material like concrete or roofing are quoted up front rather than billed later.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — $99 is our minimum for a single item at the curb or in an open garage. That covers the truck, two crew, the drive and the disposal fee. For anything more than one piece, the quarter-truck price of $199 is usually the better value.
Do you charge by weight?
No. Standard household junk is priced by volume — the space it takes in the truck. Dense material such as concrete, dirt, brick, tile and roofing shingles is the exception, because disposal is billed to us by the ton. We quote those separately and tell you before we start.
When and how do I pay?
You pay once the truck is loaded and you are happy with the job. We take card, tap-to-pay, cash and most digital wallets on site. There is no deposit to book and nothing to pay up front.
