Commercial junk removal is priced by volume, and most office clear-outs run from a half truck at $329 to multiple truckloads quoted after a walkthrough. We work evenings and weekends at no premium, provide a certificate of insurance for building management, and invoice on net terms for established accounts.

Cubicle systems are the ones worth flagging early. A twelve-station system that looks like one job is a large volume of panels once it is apart, and dismantling is labour rather than volume, so it changes the quote. Send photos or a floor plan and we will give you a real number.
Working around your business
Almost none of this work happens during business hours, and that suits us. We schedule evenings, early mornings and weekends at the standard rate — there is no after-hours premium, because clearing an occupied office during trading hours does not actually work for anybody.
For buildings in downtown Orlando and the corridor along I-4, we handle the usual requirements as a matter of routine: a certificate of insurance naming the building, a certificate holder request from property management, loading dock and freight elevator reservations, and protective floor and wall coverings in common areas. Give us the property manager's contact and we will deal with the paperwork directly rather than putting it back on you.
IT equipment and data
Old IT gear is the one category where getting disposal wrong has consequences beyond cost. Hard drives in desktops, laptops, copiers and multifunction printers hold recoverable data long after the machine stops working, and copiers in particular surprise people — most have an internal drive that has cached every document they ever scanned.
We route IT equipment to e-waste handlers rather than the landfill. If you need certified data destruction with documentation, tell us up front and we will arrange it through a specialist and provide the certificate. Do not assume a wipe happened because the machine was old.
Leases, deadlines and move-outs
Most commercial calls have a hard date behind them: a lease ending, a landlord's broom-clean clause, a store closing, or a fit-out crew arriving Monday. That deadline is the important part of the brief, so lead with it.
We will confirm in writing what will be cleared by when, and for phased moves we can schedule several visits — one for the furniture, one after the IT decommission, one final sweep before the walkthrough. Landlord broom-clean requirements are usually stricter than people expect, so it is worth reading that clause to us when you get the quote.
What it costs
Commercial jobs are quoted after photos, a floor plan or a walkthrough. Dismantling labour and after-hours access are included in the quote, not added afterwards.

Flat pricing applies to standard household junk. Concrete, dirt, roofing material, tires, refrigerant appliances, hazardous material, excessive weight, stair carries and unusually long carrying distances may be quoted separately. We confirm your price before anything is loaded.
Where we do this
Our crews handle commercial removal jobs daily across Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont and Minneola, plus Windermere, Horizon West, Oakland, Apopka and Groveland. We work throughout downtown Orlando, the I-4 corridor office parks, and the retail and industrial space out through Ocoee and Winter Garden. Building COI requirements and dock reservations are standard for us in the downtown towers, and we are used to Horizon West and Clermont retail plazas where the loading access is shared.

Can you work after hours or at weekends?
Yes, at the standard rate with no after-hours premium. Most commercial clear-outs we do are evenings, early mornings or weekends, because clearing an occupied office mid-trading does not work for the business or for us.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Give us the property manager's details and the certificate holder wording and we will send the COI directly to building management, along with any dock or freight elevator reservation requests.
What happens to old computers and copiers?
IT equipment goes to e-waste handlers rather than the landfill. If you need certified data destruction with documentation we will arrange it through a specialist and provide the certificate. Worth noting that copiers and multifunction printers usually contain a drive that has cached scanned documents.
Do you invoice, or is it payment on the day?
Established commercial accounts can be invoiced on net terms. First-time jobs are usually payment on completion, and we will send a proper invoice for your records either way.
