Furniture removal starts at $99 for a single piece at the curb or in an open garage. A room's worth is usually a quarter truck at $199, and a full apartment or house of furniture runs $329 to $549. The price includes two crew, all the carrying, disposal fees and tax.
What we haul
Anything upholstered, wooden or particle-board that came into the house as furniture, we can take out. That includes the pieces most haulers grumble about: sleeper sofas with the steel frame inside, three-piece sectionals that will not fit back through the door they came in, wall units bolted to studs, and mattress-and-box-spring sets.

Getting it out of the room
You do not need to move anything to the curb first. The crew arrives with dollies, straps, furniture sliders, drop cloths and the tools to take pieces apart, which is often the only way a sectional or a king bed leaves an upstairs bedroom without damaging a door frame.
Interior carries are the norm for us, not an upcharge. We lay down runners on hardwood and tile, pad the corners where a piece has to pivot, and dismantle rather than force. The two things worth telling us in advance are stairs and elevators — a third-floor walk-up in an older Orlando building takes longer than a ground-floor condo, and an apartment complex that requires an elevator reservation is worth knowing about before we arrive.
Donation before disposal
Furniture in usable condition is the easiest thing to keep out of a landfill, so we try that first. Sofas without tears, dressers with all their drawers and dining sets that are simply out of style go to local resale and donation outlets where they will take them.
Florida humidity is the deciding factor more often than age. A piece stored in a sealed, air-conditioned room usually has a second life. The same piece after two summers in an un-conditioned garage or a lanai often has mildew in the foam, and no charity will accept it. If you want a donation receipt, tell the crew before they load and we will do what we can.

Furniture is priced by the space it takes up in the truck, not by the piece, so a household of furniture is far cheaper per item than a single couch on its own.

Flat pricing applies to standard household junk. Concrete, dirt, roofing material, tires, refrigerant appliances, hazardous material, excessive weight, stair carries and unusually long carrying distances may be quoted separately. We confirm your price before anything is loaded.

Our crews handle furniture removal jobs daily across Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont and Minneola, plus Windermere, Horizon West, Oakland, Apopka and Groveland. Two things come up constantly in this area: apartment complexes near UCF and downtown that require elevator reservations and a certificate of insurance on file, and the older College Park and Audubon Park homes where the only route out is a narrow hallway with a hard 90-degree turn. How much does it cost to remove a couch in Orlando?
A single couch at the curb or in an open garage is $99. If it needs to come out of an upstairs bedroom or through a tight hallway it is still $99 in most cases — we only quote higher for genuinely difficult access such as a hoist or a very long carry. Adding a second or third piece usually moves you to the $199 quarter-truck price, which is better value per item.
Can you take a sleeper sofa or a sectional?
Yes. Sleeper sofas contain a folding steel frame that makes them heavy and awkward, and sectionals often will not fit back out in one piece. Our crews carry the tools to separate both, and there is no extra charge for the extra work on standard household pieces.
Will you take furniture that is broken or mildewed?
Yes. Condition does not change the price, only the destination — usable pieces go to donation or resale, and damaged or mildewed pieces go to the transfer station. Given Florida humidity, anything stored in an un-conditioned garage or lanai for a season or two usually falls into the second group.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave the pieces in the driveway or garage, approve the flat price by text and get a photo when the job is done. For interior removals we do need someone to let the crew in, or a gate code and access instructions.
